The 13,000-liter horizontal elliptical tank is constructed from food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel and features a three-compartment independent design, preventing the mixing of milk from different farms, batches, or grades, thereby facilitating quality traceability and settlement management. A combination of a 70mm polyurethane foam layer and 10mm rubber-plastic insulation limits the temperature rise to within 2°C over a 24-hour period, effectively reducing the risk of spoilage caused by temperature fluctuations.
